We specialize in exciting and unique trade show presentations! A wide variety of topics are available to serve outdoor related shows while bringing new life to the attractions offered by show promoters. Our show programs and very popular with the audience and thus are a big draw to increase attendance.
Day rates are charged with multiple program presentations included in the fee, plus the cost of food, supplies, insurance, health permits, travel, and lodging.. Up to five programs per day are included in the base day rate. We reserve the right to sell cookbooks at the cooking shows. Promoter to provide sound system, seating, tables, electric power access and projection screen system suitable for existing lighting conditions. Each show features the preparation of a main dish and desert. Where health regulations and permits allow, the audience will sample the resulting gourmet delights. It has been featured at venues throughout the U.S. This is the perfect NEW addition to any outdoor related show and has proven to be very popular with audiences. We reserve the right to offer fine art photo prints for sale at these show. All prints are original photos taken by Marty on his travel adventures. Prints are reasonably priced.

SOFT PLASTICS FISHING SEMINAR
This class explores the use of soft plastic lures to catch bass. Topics include grubs, worms, soft craws, flukes, and tube jigs. Each lure will be described and methods of fishing will be discussed.
FISHING THE BOUNDARY WATERS
This course covers how to fish in the canoe only wilderness of the Boundary Waters and Quetico Park. How to fish for Walleye, Bass, Northern Pike, and Lake Trout will each be included in the presentation as well as tips for wilderness fishing from a canoe.
